Right, so, I decided awhile back to wear a name tag that dubbed me "LIFE" and hand people lemons and ask them what they'd do with them. I asked folks to email me stories and pictures detailing what they did with their lemon. One lemon story returned quickly: its beautiful rind had contributed to the creation of a sultry Sazerac. (Take that, lemonade!)
Most of the lemons are still out there, somewhere in the world, and that's okay. Whether folks made lemonade, played catch, or lost them... pretty much anything they actually did with the lemons winds up being a good metaphor for what you should do when life hands you lemons. There was no possible failure, no wrong answer. It was just a fun exercise.
One man, however, got REALLY creative with the exercise. He's so creatively fit, if we there was an Olympic team for artsy imaginative types, he'd totally be representing Team USA.
Naturally, he's a teacher. A theater teacher, no less. The magic combination of educator, artist, techie, and dreamer is pretty unbeatable. So thanks, KM, for having so much fun with this! Before back to school hits, I had to share your genius with the world.
So here's to KM, and here's to teachers everywhere - masters of making lemons into lemonade!

Never been one to stand by and let life just pass me by. Life hands me an assignment and let's go! Always been worried to get to the end of my life and say the words..." I should have." Dear Life, thanks for the adventure.
