PS Several people suggested I give a one-word face to Mariah Carey for her quote "Whenever I watch TV and see those poor starving kids all over the world, I can't help but cry. I mean I'd love to be skinny like that but not with all those flies and death and stuff." But it turns out that quote is false, taken out of context from a satirical piece, and was one of the first lies to go viral in the Early Internet Era. It shows up on pretty much every search for stupid celebrity quotes, though. And if Mariah (or anyone) had actually said that, this would have been my response:
