We actually went on two runs today - a brief half-mile run this morning, and then my Couch to 5k training plan run after work. Today was Week 3, Day 2. Sticking with the routine, woo hoo! The program is interval training, so today's session alternated walking and running. The walking wasn't as fun for Panda, but she couldn't get enough of the running. At one point, I was worried she might overexert herself, but she's gone on three runs in two days ... and not only does she put me to shame out on the pavement, she then still has energy to attack my feet when we get back to the house.
